Message from the Director
Universities around the globe appreciates the research profiles and professional competences of professors and researchers. The researchers are expected to be more competitive and knowledgeable to offer creative solutions (through courses, diplomas, research projects, etc.) to complex needs of society. The Office of Research, Innovation and Commercialization (ORIC) at DHA Suffa University (DSU) is engaged with its researchers and promotes their visibility to potential funding agencies and industrial partners.
The Researcher’s academic profiles promote DSU vision to be a leading research institution. The active research done by our faculty members is needed to be shared with both academia and industry. This will be helpful to enhance research collaborations and industry and faculty engagement.The idea of Researchers Profiles Catalogue idea has been initiated for our researchers to increase the visibility of prestigious faculty members and the valuable work that DSU faculty has been doing for the past any years. Extensive efforts are being made to gather data of our researchers from all DSU campuses and it will be published in the form of a booklet in coming months.
ORIC consistently encourages and facilitates faculty for research projects, research publications and multiple research purposes. As connecting with workforce in research, innovation, and projects is the sign of a good research university. Through our faculty is participating in research and creative undertaking, not only university and individual gets the good research exposure but its effect is also trickling down to undergraduate students for becoming better thinkers, entrepreneurs and problem solvers thus developing a profundity of understanding needed to make a positive difference in the world.
